Well GlesgaPals has done it again
!
I was contacted by some of the boys who had seen their photos on the website and
it was decided we should have a mini-reunion.
MARCH 2005.... I organised a wee meet in a
local Indian restaurant and from there we headed to my local club where we
enjoyed the facilities! Not everyone contacted could make it but those who did had a great time.

Jas & I, the two officers hadn't seen some of these 'boys'
since they left the company when they were 16 yrs old........well nearly 30
years later ......here we are!

Everyone still lives in and around Glasgow and we had a wonderful time
catching up on the lost years and reminiscing about our BB days. Everyone took
it in turn to give us a potted history of their life from leaving the BB till
the present and it really was a super get together.............. we blethered
and laughed all evening!

Another fabulous evening of riotous
laughter! It was particularly nice to see Jim Howe who made a special visit from
Skegness to attend this evening. Most of us have not seen the Skipper for a
number of years but as usual when we all get together it's like we've never been
apart.........great bunch of guys.
|
|
Later on in the evening we were joined
by the Skipper's daughter, Suzanne and
her husband, Dean.
